The Fog Ladies
A San Francisco Cozy Murder Mystery
Traditional cozy murder mystery set in an elegant apartment building San Francisco. Mrs. Bridge falls off a stool cleaning bugs out of her kitchen light. Mrs. Talwin hits her head in the bathtub and drowns. The Pacific Heights building is turning over tenants faster than the fog rolls in on a cool San Francisco evening.
Young, overworked medical intern Sarah James has no time for sleuthing. Her elderly but spunky neighbors, the Fog Ladies, have nothing but time. Sarah assumes the deaths are the natural consequence of growing old. The Fog Ladies assume murder.
Sarah is quick to dismiss the Fog Ladies’ suspicions. But when one of them falls down the stairs and believes she was pushed, even Sarah believes evil lurks in their building. Can they find the killer before they fall victim themselves?

Reviews for The Fog Ladies
I was on the edge of my seat wondering when and how they would finally fit the pieces of the puzzle together…I had so much fun reading The Fog Ladies. Fans of cozy mysteries would do well to pick up a copy of this thoroughly entertaining book.
A very specially crafted ‘whodunnit’ style mystery by an author with an impressive flair for originality and a distinctive narrative storytelling style all her own.
With a series of twists and turns, McCormick builds intrigue through the characters’ interactions. Each character has his or her own story, which McCormick skillfully weaves into the plot. Just as the fog lifts as the day unfolds, Sarah uncovers the truth for the Fog Ladies.
The mystery was nicely executed keeping me glued to the pages as I had to know who was doing what to whom or was it just their imagination…When I thought I had it figured out, the author changed direction, all to the betterment of the story being told… The play-by-play action reaches a frenetic pacing lending itself to a race against time to stop a killer before another accident occurs. Life goes on in the building complex and I look forward to their next foray in this pleasant appealing series.
The Fog Ladies is a refreshing novel…The colorful characters are sure to enchant the reader, and the mystery will keep them guessing until the surprising finish. This San Francisco Cozy Murder Mystery is a suspenseful whodunnit.
Filled with laughter, fun, twists, and turns… The perfect combination of real people in a fictional situation. The Fog Ladies is a mystery, a story of friendship, and a thoroughly entertaining book that I strongly urge you to read; you will not be disappointed. 5 Stars!
